Shipping & Processing

All orders are processed & shipped within 3-5 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Also, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail®. Shipping charges for your order are available at checkout and are based on the number of items purchased.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur from USPS. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

At this time Maescorner.com only ships to addresses within the U.S & Canada, including P.O. boxes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving your email confirmation.

Incorrect Address Policy

If you enter an incorrect address or forget to enter the apartment/house number and the package is returned to Maescorner.com, we can and will refund you the total price of the order minus the shipping costs. Or we can resend your order with the corrected address for an additional shipping fee.

Damages

Maescorner.com will work with you if your products are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your order is lost, please contact us within 20 days at mae@maescorner.com.  We cannot assist with damaged or lost shipping claims 20 days after the mailing date of your order.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.

International Shipping Policy

Maescorner.com currently ships to Canada. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail®. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on the order total.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Maescorner.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

You are our TOP Priority! We want to ensure you are happy with each and every purchase. We believe in the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with any item or order, you can contact us and we will work with you to ensure you are happy. Please initiate your return within 72 hours of receiving your order. We can only accept returns of unopened products at this time. All returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on returns or canceled orders.
